| Description of the problem | I purchased this jeep brand new. I can hardly maintain my lane while traveling over 60mph on the highway. I am all over the road. I have to hold on tightly with two hands. I have owned several jeeps over the years. I have never had this issue. I have a video of the 1" in the play of my steering wheel while traveling at highway speeds. The jeep does not move or respond until you go past that 1" gap. I have also almost wrecked due to over correcting. A car came into my lane while on the interstate. I swerved, but due to the steering box not responding to what the steering wheel was doing, i almost flipped it. Very scary. It is not fun to drive and i have contemplated getting rid of it. |
