Description of the problem	My steering seems to bind when i turn the wheel to the left. It will bind then let go causing oversteering. The problem is intermittent. The problem is on both city streets and on the highway. There were two occasions when the steering would only allow me to turn the wheel 1/4 to the left. I had to use both hands and pull real hard to turn the jeep a fraction. It seems like the problem is worse when it is cold. This problem was also on both city streets and on the highway. This problem is also intermittent. This is a serious safety concern. Both problems seem to be getting worse. The vehicle is in the dealership now but they have not experienced the problems.
