| Description of the problem | My jeep wrangler unlimited jl, has 976 miles on it. Since day 1, the steering wheel has had a lot of play (an inch or more left to right). It will not track straight and it wanders on the road. It is difficult to keep it in the lane without a lot of correction. It is uncomfortable and is unsafe. Jeep tech at dealer said jeep told him that it was purposely built that way -- i think not! No vehicle should have that amount of play - it is unsafe. Driving between two simis on i-285 in atlata is very scray as it is difficult to keep the jeep in the lane. Dangerous. Getting no help from dealer. |
