Description of the problem	I swerved to miss a deer. I ran off a big drop off&hit on mainly the driver's side. There was over $26k damage repairs done. They have decided to total my jeep with a little over 36k miles. I ran off the raid&hit on mainly the driver's side. My air bags never deployed but most importantly my seat belt did not prevent me from hitting my face on the steering wheel. I have a gash above my right eye that the emts advised me to go to a hospital to have stitches. Butbwith the covid-19 epidemic fully in force i decided not to go to the next county for medical. Assitance since my local hospital is not equipped to preform the medical assistance that was needed. I missed several. Days of work for this incident. I'm asking for answers to why my air bags did not deploy but most importantly i'm wanting & needing to know why my seat belt did not prevent my face from hitting the steering wheel & also warping my steering wheel in the process. Please i need answers for i've always wanted & dreamed of owning a jeep. Then i finally was able to purchase one but i need to know that it is also safe for me & my family.
