| Description of the problem | I noticed, all be it 9 months after buying, my 2018 jeep wrangler unlimited rear seat belt is almost cut in two pieces. I don't have people in my vehicle that often, maybe once every couple months. I advised my dealer of the issue in january when i took it in for an oil change. The service manager told me "they tend to do that, its from the seats being laid down". He stated mine was so bad there was no way he could warranty it. He then told me to take it and have it patched, really have it patched? Here it is 3 months later and the drivers side rear seat belt is doing the same thing and my seats haven't been let down. |
