Description of the problem	Most recent incident: sunday near frankfurt airport the error code read " service shifter" and the orange service engine light came on while driving. I drove into the car park then tried to shift from drive to park and the jeep locked in neutral. The jeep locked up as if it was in park so we could not push or pull the vehicle. I also could not turn the vehicle off completely. The interior lights were on and i could not turn them off via the ignition. This is why the battery was drained. The car sat since sunday on until it was towed and your staff was able to look at it. Pictures will follow in the next email. Please pull entire diagnostic history if possible. First incident: vehicle did the same thing on vogelweh air force base. It was towed to mum mattusch. When they looked at it the diagnosis was low battery. It was explained the draw on the battery by the vehicle but showed no issue as the vehicle was drained and upon charging the battery that must reboot the error code.
