Description of the problem	I do not know the exact cause, but the vehicle has extremely loose steering and wanders all over the lane while driving at all speeds. Very difficult to control vehicle which makes it extremely unsafe to drive at higher speeds. Combine the two with a bump in the road, and the vehicle jumps to the side. Loose steering is easily noticed while the vehicle is turned off and parked.
