Description of the problem	My dash keeps loosing power and when it does i have no breaks or lights. Everything drops to zero and then it will just jump back up again. My absolute, brakes,battery, seatbelt sensors keep going on and off. This happens moving and in park. Occasionally it won't start either. I have had the battery, alternator and starter tested. I was told there was a recall when getting it checked and inspection but upon calling the readership i was told no.
