Description of the problem	Backing out of driveway and jeep shut completely down. I restarted it, continued backing up and jeep shut off again. Put it in drive and drove 20 miles. Arrived at my destination, in parking garage, and jeep shut completely down for the third time and this time in drive. I had it towed to the dealership who are unable to reenact it and aren't getting any codes.
