Description of the problem	While driving the posted highway speed limit, 55 or 65 mph the hood on my jeep wranger jku, vibrates, shakes, lifts from its seat position as if it is going to break lose and fly back towards the windshield. The condition is made worse by large vehicles passing by at posted or excessive speed. Condition is dangerous. Rubber hood latches stretched to limit constantly.
