Description of the problem	Attempted to schedule safety recall repaired at osmoor chrysler dodge jeep ram in louisville ky in july. They scheduled an appointment for september 7th. When arriving for the appointment, was notified that the part required was not available. Attemted to schedule the recall the second time, and was told that the next approintment was october 15th. Could not get the dealership i purchased the vehicle from to repair a safety recall item from july through october.
