Description of the problem	Reverse would jump out of gear and grind while driving in gear every time. This required manually holding it down to remain in gear and properly drive in the reverse gear. Fields cjdr in sanford, fl said i would have to agree to pay +$1000 in labor for them to diagnose this if it turned out not to be a valid warranty issue. I declined and accepted living with it. On 12/05/2017, during normal driving suddenly the gearshift could not be put into any gear and the transmission completely failed. My brand new wrangler with 5000 miles sat at the dealer for service for 115 days waiting on two parts: - part: gear-reverse idler 5134496aa - part: synch-reverse 5134498aa fca failed to return the vehicle to me until 03/30/2018. Four months. Not only is that unacceptable, i was treated like garbage throughout the wait by both fca and the dealership service department. I have filed a lemon law claim requesting arbitration with the state of florida attorney general's office and will see a full refund for this ordeal as entitled. Really looking forward to castigating fca at the hearing.
