Description of the problem	The 6 speed manual transmission has a "reverse synchronizer " that is faulty. Chrysler jeep has the parts on backorder for more than 6 months and they can not honor their factory warranty. I'm being told to keep driving my brand new jeep that grinds going into and pops out of reverse while driving. They are down playing this problem in an attempt to deceive customers.
