Description of the problem	On 04/28/2018 i went off roading to my favorite trail. The jeep was stationary untilthe car startd to slowly move while it was on park. In an attempt to breaks and steer away from the water the truck steering and break wasn't responding to either direction. Took police enforcement a while to respond and as they arrive the tide took the vehicle and submerged all the way to the floor board
