Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2017 jeep wrangler. When the key was inserted into the ignition switch, the vehicle did not start. The contact pulled the key out of the ignition switch approximately 20 times before the vehicle finally started. The contact stated that the failure occurred since the beginning of august 2019. The vehicle was taken twice to bayside chrysler jeep (212-19 northern blvd, bayside, ny 11361) where it was determined that there was low voltage battery. The battery was recharged. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and stated that the vin was not included in nhtsa campaign number: 18v524000 (electrical system).
