Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2016 jeep wrangler. While driving approximately 35 mph on a steep incline, the contact downshifted the manual transmission and the vehicle accelerated rapidly without warning. The contact placed the vehicle in neutral to forcibly stop the vehicle and the rpms increased to the maximum. The contact restarted the vehicle after three attempts.
