| Description of the problem | I drive a jeep wrangler that has 70000 miles on it. It is a 4 door vehicle and the mechanisms for the back doors no longer work. While sitting inside the car, i am unable to open the door. I did a bit of research and it seems that the mechanisms in these doors fail often as others report the same issue. A 2016 vehicle with doors that do not function is , on my mind, a safety issue. Chrysler refuses to look into the matter or help in anyway because of the mileage on the vehicle. I hope no one is seriously injured or dies because the door will not open on one of these cars. |
