Description of the problem	The back seat when in the up position flops back and forth with no way to lock in it in. When the vehicle is stopped from high speeds the back seat springs forward hitting both front seats very hard which results in the driver and the passengers being pushed hard into the dashboard. The seat also will unfold in the back of the vehicle crushing anything in the back including my dog who was injured while riding in the back.
