Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owned a 2016 jeep wrangler. The contact stated that while driving at approximately 25 mph, while it was raining, another vehicle attempted to make an illegal u-turn and could not make the full turn, the other vehicle reversed into the left lane where the contact was located. As a result, the contact crashed into the other vehicle. The air bags failed to deploy.
