| Description of the problem | Purchased new jeep sahara in 2015 from the dealer. As of the posting of this complaint, the car has only 20,000 miles. Only today, i took the vehicle to the dealer because of pulsating effect on the stirring wheel whenever turning corners (left and right) as if the stirring wheel has no control over the wheels. The dealer indicated that it would cost about $6000 to replace various components to address the stirring wheel issue and further disclosed that underneath of this car including the frame was rusted so bad that it was not worth repairing and unsafe to drive. At a purchase price of $35,000 and with only 4. 5 years of only 20,000 miles of driving, jeep is ripping off consumers. |
