Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2015 jeep wrangler. The contact stated that while shifting gears, the vehicle violently shifted out of first gear and made a loud popping sound and jerked abnormally. The vehicle was taken to crown chrysler jeep dodge ram dublin (6350 perimeter loop rd, dublin, oh 43017) and was diagnosed that the internal failure in synchronizer caused the transmission to shift out of first gear. The transmission needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not yet repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and informed the contact that they would cover half of the repairs cost and provided a case number. The contact mentioned that the vehicle was taken previously to the same dealer for the same failure however, the mechanic failed to duplicate the failure.
