Description of the problem	Drove 1018 miles jeep was running fine. Stopped at a hotel to check in. When i went back out to start it, the check engine light came on and stayed on and was a solid light (no blinking). Drove it thanksgiving day and took it to a dealer on friday with the code p0304. Mechanic tells me that it needs a new cylinder head and is not safe to drive back home 1018 miles. I learned later that this is a known issue and jeep issued a lifetime warranty covering up to 2013. After much research and reading, the issue still continues through the 2016 models. I called jeep to ask for some assistance since i am 1018 miles from home and having to stay in a hotel for 10 days with no loaner or rental car and the repairs are estimated at $4850 (the cost at home in texas would have been $2600) and chrysler said no! This is a known issue and continues to he a known issue. Chrysler jeep should be fixing the problem or extending the lifetime warranty for this issue.
