Description of the problem	I received notice of a recall on the airbag. I scheduled an appointment for 2/21/19 with hendrick jeep in hoover, al for the airbag replacement. When i arrived, they said the replacement part(s) was on backorder, that several people had visited for the same repair, but they had to turn them away. They said they would call me when the part(s) came in. I called on 3/8/19 to ask if they have the part. They repeated the same statement, that they don't have the part(s) and will call me when it comes in.
