Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2015 jeep wrangler. While driving approximately 45 mph, the contact crashed into the rear of another vehicle. The air bags failed to deploy. The contact sustained chest and hand injuries and whiplash, but did not require medical attention. A police report was filed. The contact resumed driving and the vehicle shook violently with an abnormal noise coming from the engine.
