| Description of the problem | Went to stop at light, hit the brake it was hard and did not engage, i stopped because i hit the car in front of me. Brakes never engaged, pulled the emergency brake before exiting the vehicle to check on the people in the car in front of me and the brakes seemed to let out air and relax. The brakes felt normal at that point. Post accident police escorted be to dealership to make sure that brakes continued to work. Dealership claimed nothing wrong, spoke to neutral mechanics and they all stated that it was a problem that would occur again and that the brakes would seem fine in the meantime. Explained this to jeep and they said brakes were fine. |
