Description of the problem	On 2/20/17 we brought our jeep wrangler sahara unlimited to jeep dealer in delray beach florida schumacher because we found rust on the front and passenger seat frame hinges. The seat hinges have bare steel showing signs of rust which could be a potential safety defect . The vehicle is still within 3 year warranty. Service called jeep area manager (fiat chrysler) jose? Who said repairs are not covered. We spoke to a person named joy on the phone at fiat chrysler who said that fiat chrysler jeep stand behind their area manager. We asked to have a copy of the area manager report sent to us, she said they won't send it to us. Based on the attached pictures, we cannot tell where this is a cosmetic problem or if the rust will eat through the metal and cause structural deterioration which could be hazardous in a collision. We would like you investigate for possible safety hazard
