| Description of the problem | Our rubicon had difficulty going in reverse recently. The dealer diagnosed this that the transmission needing replacement with only 55,300 miles and just a month out of warranty. We feel like this is a defective product with so few miles. Chrysler does not appear interested in addressing the issue. I have seen other issues online and wonder if this is common. Hence our complaint for the record. |
