Description of the problem	While sitting at an intersection, we could smell burning oil and smoke. Got the jeep home and found a steady drip of oil around bell housing. Found that engine valley is overflowing with oil, oil filter adapter housing failure and causing oil to leak onto hot engine creating intense smoke. Found that this is a common issue on chrysler/jeep 3. 6 liter pentastar engines and hundreds of complaints. The repair for this common environmental fire hazard is costly. Why is this not a recall?
