| Description of the problem | Regarding complaint number: 11175198. The information provided to you in my complaint was sent to jeep us customer care, fiat chrysler automotive group (fca) first, and they fwd it to the jeep chrysler regional manager for approval to open a "star" case so engineering technicians at fca could look at the problem on the jeep as identified to you. The regional maintenance manager --refused to open the "star" case --fearing that the identified electrical & engine problem could cause a recall and safety recall. On 2-18-2019 i received a call from us customer care at fiat chrysler automotive, and told that because of the area management refusal to open a "star" my case with them has been closed. |
