| Description of the problem | I have an engine failure code 520 for the oil pressure switch or harness with only 8315 miles on this vehicle. I found a jeep forum that described this problem in detail and stated that this has been an ongoing problem since 2012 with this vehicle. It was also stated that to replace the defective oil pressure switch the intake manifold and fuel injector rail would need to be removed. That is a little more complicated than what i am willing to try. This should be handled under a recall or at least an extended warranty for consumer protection. |
