Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2014 jeep wrangler. While driving 10 mph, the radio stopped working as well as other buttons on the instrument panel and the steering wheel. Before discovering the failure, the contact heard an audio indicator and a message displayed for an oil change.
