Description of the problem	The radio would not come on after vehicle start up then would after the battery was disconnected then reconnected. Problem continued disconnecting battery stopped working and power window controlls malfunctioned and started working again. Radio still does not work and will sometimes come on with bright screen and a very loud sound while driving. Dealership states not a warrenty issue. Anotjer mechanic states it is tipm issue and was recalled in other dodges. Also engine light stays on.
