Description of the problem	Jeep wrangler steering column electrical issues, possibly related to tipm issues with other jeep/chrylser/dodge vehicles. Issue occurred when starting vehicle in parking lot at night. Jeep lights would not turn on even though lights were in the on position from the steering column left stem for lights. Repeated on/off attempts, including vehicle restarts, did not fix no lights issue. When the steering wheel was rotated the lights suddenly turned on. Other related issue is intermittent windshield wiper cycle when windshield wipers are in the off position on the right stem of the steering wheel column.
