| Description of the problem | After being parked for three days, an loud noise was coming from the engine compartment. The only way to get the noise to stop was to disconnect the battery. The jeep was towed in to the dealership, where it was determined that the toally integrated power module (tipm) was faulty, and caused power to be distributed to the windshield washer fluid pump until it failed. The tipm was replaced (for the third time since i've owned this jeep) as was the pump. |
