| Description of the problem | The night before and morning of we had snow (01/26/2015-01/27/2015). I went out to my jeep, cleaned it off, started it up, turned the defroster, put it in drive, and a 8 inch crack appeared on the lower part of the windshield. The crack started right above the windshield frame then ran parallel above the defrost vents. |
