Description of the problem	My horn and buttons on the front and back of my steering wheel have been out for almost a year now because i need my clock spring changed. But courtesy of breaux bridge will not change it under the recall bc i am not the original owner and/or my air bag light is not on or i do not have " enough warning signs" per recall. Even though the recall is good for 1million miles. They would rather me pay $650. I even called chrysler.
