| Description of the problem | I've received three notifications by chrysler group llc since september 2013 for safety recall on transmission oil cooler tube coming in contact with power steering fluid return tube. I've called three times since september and received different response. Parts not available, taken my name and number, will get in touch, you'll be on a list, etc. No remedy appears to be around the corner. Chrysler outlines what the dealer will do to fix the issue. What action needs to occur for this to happen??? |
