Description of the problem	Purchased vehicle used in may 2015. I'm the second owner. On approximately aug. 29, while driving and making a left turn from a stop, i heard a banging noise. The same banging noise happened about 1 week later (sep. 3), but this time when turning right from a stop. I drove the vehicle home and inspected under the vehicle to check it out. I discovered that the upper control arms on both the driver rear and passenger rear sides were completely broken. Vehicle is still under 3 year 36/000 factory warranty and i also purchased an extended warranty. The dealer provided a "recall report" which came back clean. My vehicle has been parked since sep 3. I am having it towed to a chrysler dealership in a couple of days after parts come in for repair. This vehicle could have come totally apart had i been driving at a high rate of speed. In addition, the rear cv joint needed to be replaced. Updated 10/07/15. *jb
