Description of the problem	Following the recall number n28/nhtsa 13v-234 and p61/nhtsa 14v-631 i took my car to potamkin's planet dodge chrysler jeep dealer in miami florida 33172 on march 13, 2015. They left the car there for one day and they gave me the receipt stating "transmission oil cooler tube - replace power steering tube, inspect transmission oil cooler tube, install protective sleeve and bleed power steering system" and also "heated power side view mirror wire harness - repair install new mirror connectors and water shields." i inspected the car myself after pickup and i noticed none of the repairs were done. I went back to the dealer on march 21, 2015 and i spoke with the service department manager, [xxx]. The car was inspected again and, in fact, no work had been done. They then installed the sleeve in the transmission oil cooler tube and he told me it was the only work needed. So the previous information on march 13, 2015 was fraudulent.
