Description of the problemI have received safety recalls back to january of this year on getting a transmission oil cooler tube on the vehicle repaired. I have contacted the dealership every time and multiple times between notices. I was put on a long waiting list. During the past almost 7 months one time they did have the part and did schedule me for an appointment to have it repaired but i had to miss the appointment due to another conflict. I called right away to reschedule and they informed me they would have to use the part on another jeep then. That was over 2 months ago when they then told me i was number 6 on the list and it would be about 2 weeks not 2 months. This is the egolf dealership in hendersonville, nc.
