| Description of the problem | "safety recall n28/nhtsa 13v-234 transmission oil cooler tube" - another complaint regarding patent disregard for consumer safety by chrysler. I have been waiting 14 months for resolution to this issue. The manufacturer direct me to the dealership. The dealership blames the manufacturer. Nhtsa bears responsibility as well as they apparently are failing to compel chrysler to perform. I certainly do not want anyone to suffer injury due to this defect. Can nothing be done to accelerate the repair process? |
