| Description of the problem | Brand new vehicle, after 6,000 miles check engine light comes on, take it in, they have it for a month, had to replace heads. Get it back, now at 50,000 miles the heads have to be replaced again, but this time they say drive it. It will cut out of power and run very rough, but they keep telling me its ok. I talked to a mechanic that works there, and he said it is happening all over the country and that they are on back order for the heads and cant keep up with all the demand. All 2013 jeeps have this problem, most just go in and they flash the code, and send them on their way. I am on a jeep forum, and they all have the same problem. What are my rights if it happens a third time. I don't want the same defective motor put in it. |
