Description of the problem	Clock spring failure. When stationary the instrument cluster is showing an airbag alert and all control buttons in the steering wheel except cruse control have failed. When the left spoke of the steering wheel is rotated counter clockwise to the 2 o'clock position the airbag alert turns off and all buttons work but only in that position. No difference when in motion except a ding when the steering wheel is turned past a certain position.
