| Description of the problem | Contacted chrysler concerning my 2013 jeep wrangler clock spring assembly "air bag harness" that was giving red light on dash. They have stated that my vin number was not part of recall. My jeeps mfr date falls within the specifics of the recall on this part. It has been diagnosed by the chrysler dealership that in fact that was the issue and they will not fix this problem. When vehicle wa purchased and taken back to chrysler within 30 days dealership wanted to charge 700 dollars to repair. Someone please help me hold chrysler accountable to fix this safety problem. |
