Description of the problem	There are many of these vehicles that were manufactured in mexico and they had issues leaving residue in heater coil making the heat not work properly. If the heat does not work properly it can cause issues with person not being able to see due to heat not being effective enough to defrost a frosty or icy windshield. Jeep has been aware of this problem but will not issue a recall and the burden is pushed off onto the consumer. These are costly repairs and i am sure many people can not afford the repair the vehicle properly. I have also contacted chrysler. If you google "no heat in 2012 jeep" all the complaints are the exact same. This is major safety issue to anyone owning a vehicle that may not having warm air to keep windows clear of debris.
