| Description of the problem | I received a notification a few months ago of a recall on the transmission oil cooler tube which could lead to a crash. I contacted my dealer & have been waiting for an appointment to address this recall. As of my last conversation with him a few days ago, he informed me that it would be at the very least 9 months before he could schedule an appointment, that he was not receiving the parts from jeep. In the interim my 17 year old daughter is driving an unsafe vehicle which jeep itself issued a recall for and they are apparently not honoring this recall, and are unconcerned that they are putting their customers in danger. |
