| Description of the problem | Purchase 2012 jeep wrangler jku used. Parking brake would not hold vehicle when purchased. Every component in the parking brake schematic has been replaced with new. Parking brake properly adjusted twice, still unable to hold vehicle at 7 degree incline sloped driveway. Even tried over-tightening the star wheel adjuster for the brake pads, still does not hold vehicle. Conclusion, 2012 jeep wrangler jku is too heavy for the fca designed parking brake, this vehicle will create a crash when it moves out of a parking space into traffic because of under designed parking brake. |
