Description of the problem	Emergency brake will not hold even after adjustment. I've installed new rear brake rotors and new emergency brake shoes. Adjusted the adjuster correctly and still the emergency brake will not hold. Design flaw in the emergency brake handle prevents it from engaging correctly. Weak spring not direct cable attachment. Never holds at all.
