Description of the problem	Jeep wrangler unlimited rolled away on slight incline (< 5 degrees) with parking brake engaged and driver out of vehicle. Driver had to reach inside the rolling vehicle to press the hydraulic brake pedal by hand to bring the vehicle to a stop. If driver was not next to vehicle when incident happened, vehicle would have likely rolled out into traffic. Vehicle failed state inspection in april 2016 due to parking brake not holding. Parking brake was adjusted and passed inspection, but failed within a month.
