| Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2012 jeep wrangler. When the vehicle was started the abs warning indicator illuminated. The contact placed the vehicle into drive and the rear passenger side wheel began to spin and would not allow the vehicle to move forward. The contact continued to press the accelerator pedal and the vehicle eventually responded. The dealer diagnosed that the passenger side rear abs sensor was faulty and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired; however, the failure recurred on the rear driver side. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 40,000. |
